The incumbent will support the HCL value stream, however, may be assigned to any of the Erie facility production areas (HCL, Silicone, Repair Station, or other support area). The incumbent will be assigned to 3rd shift. This person is accountable for planning, organizing, assisting and directing activities in assigned areas to produce quality products or services, on time, while assuring efficient use of materials, capital and labor. This is an ITAR-restricted position that complies with the drug and alcohol testing regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT) (49 CFR part 40) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) (14 CFR part 120). |
