Reporting To

Supply Chain Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead a team within a Production Electrical line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.
3. Organize and allocate resources effectively to meet line production targets.
4. Ensure production scheduling and planning meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
5. Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as needed.
6. Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvements, and oversee implementation.
7. Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and at least 3 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI and SAP preferred.
