A leading company in California is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive operational excellence. You will oversee production activities, ensuring safety and quality while leading a team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency within the organization. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of operators to ensure that products are manufactured with safety, quality, and on-time delivery as top priorities. Your responsibilities will include implementing and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, methodologies, and strategies to enhance processes, reduce waste, and optimize overall performance. This position is instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency, driving positive change across the organization. You will be responsible for training and leading individuals while conducting performance reviews to ensure operational goals are met. On the third shift, you'll be overseeing 10 individuals. This position is on-site in Huntington Beach, working 2nd shift.
