Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor production plans and provides corrective action as necessary.
• Educates associates in proper procedures of company policy, safety and quality issues, and production requirements.
• Resolves problems logically and effectively.
• Leads CPR teams to resolution of quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of welding processes
• Lean manufacturing experience

This full‑time, salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Superintendent.
