Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembly Production Supervisor to lead a skilled team at the Greenville, SC facility, drive production utilization, mentor staff, and deliver key productivity reports. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, safe operations, and strong problem-solving guidance in a fast-paced environment; two to five years of leadership is preferred.

• Responsible for providing productivity reports, scrap reports, downtime reports and other reports as determined by the Operations Manager.
• Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mind set for the team.

This salary role is a part of our plant operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes required for this position.
• Two to five years of manufacturing leadership, preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
• Proven leadership ability.
