Job description

Job Summary

Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of products to customers. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate product processing.
• Monitor backorder reports and production schedules, and coordinate resources to minimize backorders. Ensure overall quality of produced items.
• Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet established schedules and service levels.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitate the electronic receipt of finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for components and finished products.
• Communicate with product divisions regarding backordered and substitute items.
• Act as backup for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, performance management, and maintaining morale and motivation; ensure the team has the necessary competencies.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and Catalyst systems.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience managing personnel, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing staff.

The anticipated salary range for this position is:

$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 annually.

The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is eligible for bonuses and incentives. Medline will not pay less than the minimum wage or salary threshold applicable.
