Kids for the Future is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift manufacturing operations. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate assembly line workflow, and mentor staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assembly lines and safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on 2nd shift, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate workflow on the assembly line to optimize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Maintain production records and analyze data for improvements.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment by team members.
• Collaborate with management on departmental budgeting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
