Job summary

WireCo is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Rosenberg, TX site to oversee 12-hour shifts, drive safety and productivity, and ensure data is the source of truth. You will lead machine operators and indirect staff, coach teams in WireCo Business System values, uphold ISO 9001 standards, and collaborate with maintenance and materials to meet production goals.

Must have five years of manufacturing experience, bilingual Spanish, and be ready to participate in the Gainshare bonus program after

Qualifications

• Five (5) years manufacturing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Competent with JDE and HSE production transactions.
• Understanding of safe work practices and incident investigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct production operators and indirect labor.
• Ensure work instructions follow ISO 9001 standards.
• Coach and train employees; conduct performance evaluations.
• Review labor sheets and identify production problems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safety.
