Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead our bacon slicing operation. You will coach your team, solve on-the-floor problems, and seek better ways to deliver a safe, high-quality product every day.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor production KPIs, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and other teams to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environment.
• Track record of coaching people and improving team performance.
• Experience with operational KPIs, standard work, and compliance requirements.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

What You Bring

• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environment
• A track record of coaching people and improving team performance
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-moving production environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with operational KPIs, standard work, and compliance requirements
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Availability for 2nd shift, typically beginning around 2:30PM

Military leadership experience is welcome. Experience leading teams in environments where safety, accountability, teamwork, and disciplined execution matter can translate well to this role.
