Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of foundry operations and equipment is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Experience using basic shop equipment and power tools.

Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of production employees to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment.
