Job summary

Super Steel, LLC in Mequon, WI is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead fabrication and manufacturing teams. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork while delivering exceptional results for customers.

As a supervisor, you will coach staff, monitor schedules, collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing leadership or production supervision.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or similar environments is a plus.
