Super Steel in Mequon, WI is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and support fabrication and manufacturing teams. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

The role requires strong communication, people-management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in metal fabrication or similar settings is a plus, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Conduct daily team huddles, communicate expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Support training, onboarding, and cross-training of team members.

About the Role
