ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Jonesboro, AR facility on the second shift.

The role oversees production targets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality while guiding a skilled team on a 10-hour Mon-Thu shift with OT as needed. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing and 2+ years of experience, plus strong data analysis and communication skills.

This position ensures efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level).The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, ArkansasThis position works 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.Your role and responsibilities:• Organizes and allocates resources to meet production targets effectively and efficiently.Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.• Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.• Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and overseesimplementation of actions to improve production performance.• Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.• Provides leadership and development to create a skilled work group.
