Job summary

Kane Partners LLC in Gettysburg is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations at a seasoned food manufacturing facility. This hands-on leader will drive production performance, ensure quality standards, and develop a strong, engaged team.

You will monitor daily outputs, coordinate with maintenance and planning, and maintain strict GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety protocols while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, production, or frozen operations; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
