What you’ll do

1. Ensure all company safety rules and procedures are followed; correct PPE and gowning for the area are worn and 5S standard work is followed.
2. Supervise one or more production lines – assign responsibilities/duties to appropriate lines, monitor and track scheduling conflicts, and escalate as needed.
3. Input to hiring, terminating, and corrective discipline of those in the packaging department.
4. Ensure a clean, safe work environment is maintained at all times.
