Production Supervisor (2nd and 3rd Shift)
The Off-Shift House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations during off-shift hours at both site buildings. This role ensures that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining high standards of quality. The supervisor manages a team of production workers, coordinates with other departments, and addresses issues that arise during the shift.
Provides direct supervision of production and maintenance work on off shifts to meet delivery, safety, service, and cost objectives. Works within established practices and procedures, with limited latitude to deviate from production schedules.
The role emphasizes directing subordinate personnel, with a focus on coordination with on-shift staff.
Safety, quality, service, and cost are key performance criteria.
