Overview
$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Capable of overseeing the Powder Coat process including all employees, system related equipment and facility during the work shift.
- Confirm all employees are adhering to safety, quality and environmental policies and standards throughout each shift - provide training and coaching as necessary.
- Ensure all required process quality testing is being performed and results are being recorded. Communicate and address all non-conformances discovered.
- Schedule work using Syteline dispatch, investigate shortages and communicate to other team members verbally and via email.
- Work closely with supervision to address departmental issues including: Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resource and Materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Motivated leader with excellent communication skills and ability to multitask a must.
- Must be able to work various shifts including overtime and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills including computer skills. (MS, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Handle material up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous leadership experience overseeing 5 or more people preferred.
Work Environment:The work environment is a metal fabrication machine shop.
