Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for team development and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment.

This critical role is responsible for managing small work teams, ensuring workplace safety, executing production plans, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

• Proven team leadership in a unionized manufacturing setting
• Strong background in continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement practices (e.g., SPW, C-Matrix)
• Ensure a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
• Guide team leaders using quality KPIs to address root causes and implement solutions
• Develop team capability through training, coaching, and feedback
• Build morale while meeting throughput and cost targets
• Allocate manpower and manage performance across multiple shifts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work any shift and flexible with overtime
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working across all plant levels
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 100% onsite role

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment
• Experience in unionized manufacturing settings
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Familiarity with Google Suite
