Job summary

MRPC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift in our manufacturing operations at the Butler, WI facility. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives on a daily basis, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, you will coordinate hands-on manufacturing activities, mentor team members, and ensure timely execution of production plans while upholding MRPC’s standards for quality and efficiency.
