Job summary

MRPC in Butler, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership for assigned shift manufacturing operations.

Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, the Supervisor is accountable for daily execution of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) objectives, and for developing the skills and engagement of the manufacturing team to meet business goals.
