Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Emphasize and ensure a safe work environment.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Maintain excellent written, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient with production and quality software applications, including MRP programs.
• Supervise production personnel across all facets of production.
• Familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Plan and schedule materials through production schedules.
• Supervise employees, including training, performance, and discipline.

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and determine courses of action.
• Foster a team environment and influence others within the department.
• Prioritize work and coordinate with other department supervisors.
