Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment
• Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Maintain excellent communication skills
• Use production and quality software applications, including MRP programs
• Supervise production personnel across all facets of production
• Plan and schedule materials through production schedules
• Train, evaluate, and discipline employees as needed
