Job summary

Pilgrim's in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift to ensure procedures are followed to achieve top productivity while maintaining customer specifications. You will ensure reporting requirements are met for the supervision area.

You will train employees, plan schedules, manage performance, promote goodwill, investigate quality improvements and safety. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Leadership experience with 20+ employees.
• Effective communication both oral and written.
• Independent decision making.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days including weekends.

• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
