Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in Kentucky. The role ensures all procedures are followed to maximize productivity while meeting customer specifications and reporting requirements for the supervision area.

The position requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, leadership of 20+ staff, and strong communication skills. Basic computer skills and availability for weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willing to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
