Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to oversee all production and processing activities, enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, and lead a team of production associates. Responsibilities include managing safety protocols, training, mentoring, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvement strategies with the Production Manager & Site Engineer.
• Evaluate and develop team members' performance.
• Establish and monitor performance standards and goals.
• Lead hiring, training, and motivation of the production team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing, preferably in chemical processing.
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as described.
