Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a medical device manufacturing operation in the Harleysville, PA area. In this role, you’ll oversee daily management, resolve line issues, and own safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity results.

Responsibilities include leading production teams, initiating start-ups, managing KPI scorecards, and coordinating with Quality and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business field or comparable experience.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; medical device experience preferred.

• Run shift start-ups, KPI scorecards, and tiered meetings.
• Execute the weekly schedule, adjusting staffing to meet demand.
• Lead structured problem solving (A3, root cause) on downtime, quality, and delivery.
