Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in Southeastern Wisconsin to lead daily production in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You will supervise hourly staff, coach teams, and maintain a strong safety culture while driving performance against yields and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees.

• SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Compensation: Up to $75K base + $10k potential bonus + merit increase + premium pay for weekend work

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities
• SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
