Job summary

Kleen Test Products is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Strasburg, OH facility. You will lead a 3rd shift manufacturing team to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production while developing employees.

Responsibilities include driving safety, quality compliance, productivity, staffing coordination, and coaching team members for growth. Extensive collaboration with leadership and other departments is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift manufacturing team at our Strasburg, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while fostering a positive team environment and supporting employee development.

Location: Strasburg, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility environment with exposure to production equipment and machinery
• Required use of safety glasses and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable
• Frequent walking, standing, and communication with production personnel
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
• May occasionally travel to other facilities or customer locations.
