Job summary

Search Masters in New Hope, MN seeks an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead 2-3 team leads and about 35 hourly employees in a non-union environment. You will mentor, coach, and develop the team, drive KPIs, safety goals, and on-time delivery, and take ownership of your production area with independent decision authority.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role, and a BS degree is preferred.
