Description

JDP is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Orangeburg, NY area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and USDA standards.
• Develop and implement safety programs to minimize workplace injuries.
• Oversee production activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of orders.
• Monitor and optimize production yields, minimize waste, and control costs.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee concerns.
• Develop and manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
