FastTek in Saginaw, MI, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams and drive production goals for quality, cost, delivery, and safety. You will ensure procedures are followed, monitor production data, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across Maintenance, Engineering and Tooling. Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Be able to pass background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug tests.
• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
• Strong communication, trouble shooting, administrative and organizational skills.
• Must have right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Job Description

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 year of manufacturing experience in any industry or supervisory/leadership experience
• Intermediate to advanced experience with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation applications and/or software

• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters
• Strong communication, trouble shooting, administrative and organizational skills
