Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach team members using people-centric leadership.
• Assist and train in welding various materials using robotic, TIG, and MIG welding equipment.
• Assign team members to production jobs and adjust to meet schedules.
• Maintain production standards and ensure quality and quantity of work.
• Foster effective working relationships within the team.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance requests.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees and temps.

Qualifications:

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, complex assembly, or fast-paced environments is ideal.
• Technical degree, Welding Certificate, or ability to learn welding.
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience with assembly lines, visual replenishment signals, Kanban, and continuous flow manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.

Pay Range:

$64,000.00 - $96,000.00
