Job Purpose and Impact

The Plant Operations Supervisor will oversee operational strategies across multiple production facilities, ensuring safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute routine operations, ensuring compliance with safety, food, feed, and environmental policies.
2. Monitor production outcomes, including quantity and quality, to meet safety and customer specifications.
3. Collaborate with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines.
4. Manage departmental budgets, processing purchase orders, and ensuring invoice payments.
5. Develop operational plans and oversee routine production across departments, processes, and shifts.
6. Supervise and coach direct reports, promoting company values and principles.
7. Handle personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across all levels of the plant.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years in production and warehouse management.
