Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Woburn, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor hourly staff, optimize production planning, and champion Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency on the shop floor. This on-site role supports multiple shifts with a focus on consistent delivery and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities based on demand, schedules, and labor/materials.
• Monitor KPIs such as safety, scrap, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, SOPs, quality requirements, and safety policies.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and address hazards promptly.
• Identify bottlenecks, downtime, and quality issues; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to investigate nonconformances and prevent recurrence.
• Support Lean initiatives (5S, standard work, waste reduction, visual management).
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and equipment issues.
• Train and cross-train staff to improve coverage; conduct shift handoffs and meetings.
• Review production reports and communicate performance and improvement opportunities.
