Job summary

Wastequip Manufacturing Company LLC in Erial, NJ is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure manufacturing and assembly stay on budget and on schedule. You will develop KPIs for leadership and teams and oversee daily goal achievement.

You will hire and train staff, schedule production, monitor performance, and maintain quality guidance. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across departments.

Job Description:The Production Supervisor will ensure that the production of manufactured and assembled products starts and finishes within budget and on time.
