Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and production personnel to meet scheduled targets

• Ensure employee adherence to safety standards, work instructions, and quality protocols

• Train, coach, and develop team members

• Monitor equipment, processes, and material usage to optimize efficiency

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve production delays in collaboration with maintenance and engineering

• Maintain accurate production reports and shift records

• Support and lead 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or technical degree

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions

• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Must be able to work 50-60 hours work week
