Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities on assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, RCA, LEAN).
• Provide direction and servant leadership to a team of operators.
• Maintain a safety-first approach.
• Work full shifts, including overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and off‑shift as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in a technical supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of leading safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining accountability and execution.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• BS/BA and significant related experience.

Physical Requirements

• Able to withstand periods of walking and standing.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and climb or balance.
• Comfortable with heights of 50+ feet.
• Pass required testing and meet all employment requirements.
