Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor on the production floor to lead teams across shifts in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll coach, train, and motivate staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with clear accountability.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with other departments, overseeing setup, changeovers, sanitation, and KPI tracking. Bilingual English and Spanish required; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing or food production (chilled food preferred).
  • Education in culinary arts, food safety, or management preferred.
  • HACCP, ServSafe, or CCP certification a plus.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure production departments operate at maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise daily production activities including schedules, priorities, productivity, quality, safety, and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate food production including setup, staging, changeovers, allergen controls, and sanitation.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members while removing operational barriers.
  • Manage staffing activities including hiring support, scheduling, assignments, performance reviews, and time approvals.
  • Coordinate with other departments and manage team communication.
  • Coach and discipline employees as needed.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and development to employees.
  • Build accountability, trust, and respect across teams.
  • Reinforce processes, systems, and standards.
  • Manage conflict and delegate work to team leads.
  • Respond to unplanned downtime and restore safe operations.
  • Ensure equipment is properly handled and maintained.
  • Ensure materials and equipment availability for production schedules.
  • Support and execute operational improvement projects.

Job description

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and keeps operations safe, smooth, and efficient.

This is a floor‑first leadership role—not a desk job. If you enjoy being where the work happens, solving problems in real time, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you.

You’ll lead production teams across shifts to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. You’ll train, direct, and motivate employees while reinforcing company standards and building accountability, teamwork, and high performance.

You’ll drive production goals, improve plant efficiency, and ensure clear communication of expectations and results while maintaining a safe, compliant, high‑quality production environment.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or food production (chilled food preferred)
  • Education in culinary arts, food safety, or management preferred
  • HACCP, ServSafe, or CCP certification a plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required
  • Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to lead under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
  • Intermediate computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in cold, damp environments and remain physically active throughout shifts
Working Conditions
  • Food manufacturing facility with cold, wet, and damp environments
  • PPE required and provided
  • Physically active role requiring prolonged standing and walking
  • Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and other physical movement
  • May lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Requires full mobility and continuous presence on the production floor
  • Regular communication and coordination with production teams throughout shifts
Base Pay:
  • $29.00 USD/ hourly
