Job summary

SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and oversee production activities, ensure quality, and maintain a positive customer experience on restoration projects. The role requires a valid drivers license, experience in cleaning/restoration/construction, and the ability to lift heavy items; IICRC certification is a plus.

Pay starts at $18–$24 per hour with overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (1+ year).
• IICRC certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Pay

$18-$24 an hour (starting) with overtime pay and bonuses
