Category/Shift:
Customized rotating shift >12-hour shifts, switching from nights to days, 3 and 4 day on/off combinations and one 7-day off period per month) requiring two weekends a month and holiday work. Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees who is responsible for supervision, direction, and leadership in safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to ensure goals are met. This position reports to the Site Manager.
