What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work.
• Optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives while monitoring ANDON occurrences and providing secondary support.
• Verifying that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts through process confirmation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have experience in body shop, stamping, paint, or subassembly.
• Are capable of working any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends, and can work independently with limited supervision.
• Possess strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage a unionized workforce effectively.
