Set and supervise the completion of daily priorities for the defined team of production workers, maintaining a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity - Achieve day-to-day production objectives utilizing thorough and accurate planning methods to meet production schedules. - Update and maintain necessary records/ documents of production work performed including the defined DLA board, ensuring items are escalated as appropriate. - Manage staff selection, development, and performance to ensure requisite competencies and capabilities amongst the defined team. Utilizing training matrices to develop cross-training in order to enhance team flexibility. - Ensure proper use of equipment, tools and materials amongst defined team. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment ensuring defined processes and requirements are adhered to and escalated as appropriate.
