Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop an engaged team focused on accomplishing goals and continuous improvement
• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork
• Support safety as a top priority by maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), utilize visual management and manage the associated improvement activities to accomplish department goals
• Maintain quality services by establishing and supporting organizational standards
• Build good relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Qualifications Include:

1. Associate degree or equivalent experience required
2. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is a plus!
3. 3+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing or production environment
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
6. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
7. Commitment to continuous improvement and experience with/knowledge of lean manufacturing
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Experience using an ERP System (Oracle, SAP, Epicor)

This position is located on-site at our Sedalia, Missouri facility.
