What You’ll Do:

• Champion a safety-first culture – lead safety meetings, inspections, and ensure training compliance
• Drive quality and customer satisfaction – meet delivery schedules, conduct root cause analysis, and coach teams on problem-solving
• Develop talent – engage team members, provide performance feedback, and invest in employee growth
• Oversee daily operations – manage production capacity, maintain product quality, partner with maintenance, and verify time/attendance
• Lead continuous improvement – reduce waste, improve processes, and support 6S and qualification efforts

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems
