Job summary

Henkel's Seabrook site is seeking a Production Supervisor Packaging to oversee manufacturing workflows in the Packaging department, driving safety, quality and cost control toward plant goals.

You'll lead a team, ensure training, monitor KPIs, and partner with the Production Manager on projects while maintaining a safe, efficient operation and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment at Henkel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a people leadership role in chemical production or similar
• Knowledge of core Operations, Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement principles
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; SAP knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing workflow progress in Packaging to meet safety, quality, service and cost goals
• Identify unsafe practices and promote a safe working environment
• Ensure employees are trained in operations and processes
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, and shorten lead times
• Manage factory-level operations for efficient production and high-quality products
• Deliver on plant KPIs, budget, and projects; support Production Manager (20–30% of time)

What you´ll do

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR PACKAGING – SEABROOK:The role of a Production Supervisor is to oversee, coordinate and monitor manufacturing workflow progress in the Packaging department and participate in all related activities to meet Seabrook plant’s goals for safety, quality, customer service and cost control.

• Support a safe workplace environment by identifying and helping resolve unsafe practices
• Ensure the employees are thoroughly trained in the operations they are performing
• Identify areas where cost, quality, reduced lead-times can be reduced to aid in machine utilization, lower scrap, labor efficiencies, etc.
• Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
• Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects
• Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks and projects as required (20-30% of total time allocated)

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
