Applied Aerospace & Defense is seeking a hands-on Production Supervision Manager to lead on the shop floor in Santa Ana, CA. This role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, with accountability for daily manufacturing results.
You will coach and develop production staff, drive daily execution, manage schedules and staffing, and partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations to remove roadblocks and keep production moving.
