Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and production processes of medical devices, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Typical hours are Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm to 1am, with potential adjustments for overtime. You will supervise assemblers, enforce procedures, lead process improvements, and train staff on SOPs, safety, and QC measures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a production supervisor, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• High school degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple product lines in a clean room environment
• Implement and enforce adherence to documented processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Train production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Typical work schedule is Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am but may be adjusted if running overtime
