We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Rockwell, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading manufacturing employees, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive workplace.

Duties

• Direct, coordinate, and manage daily manufacturing, production, and shipping operations.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
• Ensure all employees follow company safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Monitor production performance to ensure quality standards, efficiency goals, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and minimize operating costs.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily production priorities to maintain efficient operations.
• Conduct safety training and reinforce safe working practices throughout the facility.
• Maintain accountability among employees while encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Collaborate with plant management and other departments to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.
• Communicate production updates, operational concerns, and improvement opportunities to management.

The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
