• MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Connect Staffing, Inc. is currently looking to fill production supervisor positions for a lumber company in Riverside, CA.

Schedule : Monday through Friday OT and Saturday's required when needed

• 1st shift : 6 : 00am - 3 : 00pm
• 2nd shift : 9am- 6pm

Requirements of the Production Supervisor :

• Must have prior experience as a lead
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Need to be comfortable with working in an outside environment
• Prior experience in roles such as general laborer, forklift driver, construction, demolition, framing, material handler, loader / unloader, or lumper is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :

• Supervise staff in various areas to maintain consistent production, prevent downtime, identify and work with management to resolve issues, report to management regularly and immediately if necessary
• Intervene with associates to redirect them back to task at hand
• Fill out a daily Safety Officer log to prevent accidents and identify hazards
• Interactions with associates must be polite and respectful, but also firm when it comes to our rules, polices, and operating procedures
