Position: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Plymouth

As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee operations at our Plymouth facility, coordinating with other supervisors, managers, and safety and HR teams. Your goal is to improve safety, processing, packaging costs, product quality, and employee morale.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related field
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills
• Confidentiality and coaching mentality
• Basic knowledge of LOTO, production processes, HR laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional weekends
